Return Process:
- After contacting us, our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Please package the item securely, including all original packaging, and clearly label it with the RA number.
- Include a copy of the original invoice or packing slip inside the package.
Return Shipping:
- You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs, unless the item is being returned due to a defect or an error on our part.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.
Inspection and Refund:
- Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
- If the item is approved for a refund, we will initiate the refund process using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
